Asahi Intecc Europe B.V. (https://asahi-intecc.eu/) is a subsidiary of Asahi Intecc Co., Ltd, a medical device manufacturer specialising in ultra-fine stainless steel wire ropes. THE MISSION
Part of the Marketing Coordination team, you support the whole European Medical Marketing Group. You will help coordinating events and support the group to achieve Asahi Intecc’s business objectives for the European market. You will provide support on the following subjects, but not limited to:
EVENT MANAGEMENT
Support for events such as virtual events, congresses and internal/external meetings
Preparation of device samples, exhibition material, marketing materials and any other materials
Support in logistic arrangements (restaurants, flights, hotels, any other arrangements) for internal and external parties
Attend and exhibit at international tradeshows and conferences occasionally within Europe
DESIGN & MARKETING
Marketing materials creation: support creating brochures, social media images, event related materials.
Product stock management

Employment type: Full time (5 days a week, 40 hours/week)

QUALIFICATION
YOUR PROFILE
· 1-4 years of working experience
· Background in event/conference management
· Good knowledge & experience in design software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software & Data Management
· Willingness to help and be proactive
· Initiative: ability to come up with original ideas in addition to assigned tasks.
· Creative mind
· Fluent in English (any other additional European language and/or Japanese is a plus)
· Affinity with Japanese culture
· Well-organized and takes responsibility to finish given tasks on time
· Has high standards of work ethics and the ability to maintain professional relationship with colleagues
· Can travel occasionally for event support
· Holds valid EU work and residence permit, and live within commuting distance to Amsterdam.
