Accounting Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial reporting. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Record-Keeping & Transactions:
- Process and record daily financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries)
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of invoices, payments, and expenses
Intercompany Transactions & Reconciliation:
- Perform intercompany balance confirmations and reconciliations to ensure accuracy between related entities
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in intercompany accounts in coordination with relevant departments
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with other teams.
- Monitor actual vs. budgeted expenses and provide variance analysis.
Reconciliation & Reporting:
- Perform monthly bank, vendor, and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review
- Preparation of reporting materials for the Japan headquarters, such as sustainability reports and profit and loss forecasts
Audit & Internal Controls:
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documents and explanations
- Implement and follow internal financial controls and procedures

QUALIFICATION
YOUR PROFILE
✔ Education & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of working experience in accounting.
✔ Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Dutch GAAP, IFRS is a plus)
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP
- Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to help and be proactive, team player attitude

TITLE
Clinical Education Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Clinical Education Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic growth of our medical device portfolio by leading the development and execution of clinical education initiatives across Europe. Working closely with product managers, sales teams, and KOLs, you will ensure that both internal teams and healthcare professionals are equipped with the knowledge. In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical practice and commercial objectives, serving as a clinical knowledge hub within the organization.
You report to the Education & Marketing Group Manager and will support the team by taking ownership of the following areas, among others:
i. Clinical Education Strategy
Develop and lead a comprehensive clinical education plan that supports business goals, product launches, and ongoing adoption.Translate product features and evidence-based benefits into compelling clinical education modules tailored to various audiences (e.g., physicians, nurses, distributors).Define learning pathways across different user segments and levels of expertise.
ii. Internal & External Training
Support internal teams & distributors by building and delivering clinical onboarding programs and advanced product training.Lead clinical training for external stakeholders, such as nurses, technicians and medical doctorsParticipate in key procedures (when appropriate) to observe product use and ensure clinical best practices.
iii. Clinical Content Development
Develop high-quality, clinically accurate educational content such as training manuals, videos, case studies, etc.Collaborate with marketing and product management to align educational content with messaging, branding, and clinical relevance.Review and ensure regulatory and clinical compliance of all materials.Build an online educational platform
iv. Customer & KOL Engagement
Build strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders and KOLs to understand training needs, gather feedback, and co-develop programs.Work with experienced users to promote peer-to-peer learning and regional education hubs.Identify opportunities for clinical evidence collection, case sharing, and speaker development.
v. Event & Workshop
Work closely with the marketing events team to ensure all clinical training elements are seamlessly executed and high-quality.Represent the company in congresses, workshops & events and serve as a clinical ambassador for our products.
vi. Continuous Learning & Market Awareness
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on current clinical practices, scientific publications, and competitive techniques in coronary, peripheral/radiology, and neuro-intervention.Stay informed about user challenges and training gaps in different regions.Use feedback and market insights to continuously improve education programs and address unmet needs.

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field is preferable Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical education, clinical support, or training role within medical devices or healthcare.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful training to diverse clinical audiences.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in peripheral/radiology or neurovascular intervention is a strong asset.
- Willingness/Available to travel across Europe (~30%) to support events and trainings.
