TITLE
Legal Staff (Full Time)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role & Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
– Drafting and reviewing contracts (distributorship agreements, non-disclosure agreements and group contracts, etc.)
– Execution, filing and timely renewal/termination of contracts.
– Registration of contracts into contract management system, and creation and updating relevant databases of contracts.
– Giving contractual/legal advice to directors, account managers and other employees.
– Stay up to date on relevant legislation (Medical device regulation, competition law and corporate law, etc.).
– Legal research on legal/contractual matters.
– Giving explanation, presentation and training (if necessary) to directors/employees on legal/compliance matters.
– Communication with outside attorneys.
– Assist the legal manager with other legal and compliance projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATION
Essential Requirements:
– Higher education/degree in law or related field (or equivalent experience managing and drafting commercial contracts)
– Sound knowledge of contract and corporate law.
– Proficient in legal research and analytical and logical thinking.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
– Ability to work with others in various geographies and different time zones.
– Willingness to adapt to Japanese culture.
– A valid EU work and residence permit (mandatory, no sponsorship possible).
Desirable Requirements:
– Experience in concluding/negotiating contracts with the German hospitals or purchasing groups.
– 1+ years of work experience in a similar role.
– Basic written and verbal communication in Japanese.

Sales & Marketing
TITLE
Sales and Marketing Assistant/Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
Part of the Sales & Marketing Coordination team, you support the whole European Medical Sales & Marketing department.
You will help coordinating events and support the education programs to achieve Asahi Intecc’s business objectives for the European market.
In addition, you help the department with activities that need to be tackled on an ad hoc basis. You will provide support on the following subjects, but not limited to:
EVENT MANAGEMENT
Support for events such as virtual events, congresses and internal/external meetings
Preparation of device samples, exhibition material, marketing materials and any other materials
Support in logistic arrangements (restaurants, flights, hotels, any other arrangements) for internal and external parties
Attend and exhibit at international tradeshows and conferences occasionally within Europe
MARKETING
Support the European Education Program by providing theoretical and hands-on trainings to participants
Online Marketing: support online marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube) in collaboration with the sales & marketing coordinator and product managers
Product stock management
Budget management: tracking of expense in line with set budget
QUALIFICATION
YOUR PROFILE
• Willingness to help and be proactive
• Initiative: ability to come up with original ideas in addition to assigned tasks.
• Presentation skills, or is willing to grow as a presenter
• Background in event/conference management is a plus
• Affinity in marketing and knowledge in design software (Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
• Creative mind
• Fluent in English (any other additional European language and/or Japanese is a plus)
• Affinity with Japanese culture
• 0-4 years of working experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software & Data Management
• Well-organized and takes responsibility to finish given tasks on time
• Has high standards of work ethics and the ability to maintain professional relationship with colleagues
• Can travel approx. once a month for event support
• Holds valid EU work and residence permit, and live within commuting distance to Amsterdam.
Employment type: Full time (5 days a week, 40 hours/week)
