TITLE
Legal Staff (Full Time)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role & Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
– Drafting and reviewing contracts (distributorship agreements, non-disclosure agreements and group contracts, etc.)
– Execution, filing and timely renewal/termination of contracts.
– Registration of contracts into contract management system, and creation and updating relevant databases of contracts.
– Giving contractual/legal advice to directors, account managers and other employees.
– Stay up to date on relevant legislation (Medical device regulation, competition law and corporate law, etc.).
– Legal research on legal/contractual matters.
– Giving explanation, presentation and training (if necessary) to directors/employees on legal/compliance matters.
– Communication with outside attorneys.
– Assist the legal manager with other legal and compliance projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATION
Essential Requirements:
– Higher education/degree in law or related field (or equivalent experience managing and drafting commercial contracts)
– Sound knowledge of contract and corporate law.
– Proficient in legal research and analytical and logical thinking.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
– Ability to work with others in various geographies and different time zones.
– Willingness to adapt to Japanese culture.
– A valid EU work and residence permit (mandatory, no sponsorship possible).
Desirable Requirements:
– Experience in concluding/negotiating contracts with the German hospitals or purchasing groups.
– 1+ years of work experience in a similar role.
– Basic written and verbal communication in Japanese.

TITLE
Regional Manager – CV, PTA , IR, NV
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a part of European sales teams, Regional Manager will work on Sales and Business development
activities in each territory assigned by the company with setting up your own strategies tailored to each market.
Building a strong relationship with customer and local KOL (key opinion leaders) would be of priority
by attending international/local conferences as well as periodical visit to our customers.
You will also join and support the organization of events and educational programs along with the marketing team to achieve Asahi Intecc’s business objectives
for the European market. You will provide support on the following brief subjects, but not limited to:
i. Sales and Business Development
• Optimize distribution channels to maximize sale revenue.
• Management of distributors’ contracts and regulatory requirements
ii. Market Analysis
• Analysis of distributors’ and overall market trends, Sales performance of the company’s product portfolio, ensuring optimal results and implementing corrective actions whenever necessary
iii. Educational training and Support
• Obtain and catch up clinical and technological knowledge in our business field.
• Providing necessary support and educational training to distribution partners
iv. Customer Relationships Management
• Identify potential customers (distribution partners, hospitals, doctors, clinics) and establish, develop and maintain long-term relationships with them.
v. Travel
• Attend and exhibit at local and international tradeshows and conferences
• Gather feedback from customers and relay it to marketing team.
vi. Compliance and Ethical Practices
•Adhere to all regulatory and ethical guidelines governing medical device sales, including MedTech code of ethics, and medical industry standards.
QUALIFICATION
YOUR PROFILE
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required with areas of preference including business, marketing, nursing or another similar degree area.
• 0-4 years of working experience.
• Previous experience in sales / marketing positions in other medical device industries will be considered a plus.
• Fluent in English (any other additional European language and/or Japanese is a plus).
• Can travel frequently of the time.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software & Data Management.
• Good presentation skills and willingness to grow as a presenter.
• Strong affinity for promotional activities, marketing, and education.
• Willingness to help and be proactive, team player attitude.
• Open to learning.
• Solution oriented attitude.
• Self-driver who knows how to approach the job and is passionate about the industry.
• Initiative: ability to come up with original ideas in addition to assigned tasks.
• Well-organized and takes responsibility to finish given tasks on time
