Meet Asahi Intecc Europe at EuroPCR

Asahi Intecc Europe will once again participate in EuroPCR 2026, the world-leading course in interventional cardiovascular medicine. For over 35 years, EuroPCR has been a central meeting point for interventional cardiologists, surgeons, imagers, nurses, and allied professionals from around the world.
We will have 36 sqm booth (#M40) where we will showcase our Heart models, ETOSS systems for interactive Hands-on sessions.

We are happy to share that will host two exclusive presentations from Dr Matsuno at out booth.

• ASAHI SION Series: My Guidewires of Choice for Everyday and Complex PCI
  • The presentation will highlight the main characteristics and benefits of the SION Blue and SION series for frontline cases and complex PCI intervention (including challenging anatomies, tortuosity, calcification, subtotal occlusions and bifurcation treatments), with real case examples.
• CTO Guidewire Selection
  • The presentation will feature an overview of Dr. Matsuno’s considerations and algorithm for CTO guidewire selection depending on lesion characteristics. Real case examples showing antegrade wire escalation strategy will be discussed as well as one retrograde case to tackle guidewire selection for collateral channel crossing and retrograde crossing.

Ready for a challenge? Take part in the Sion Blue Speed Challenge and test your wiring skills at our booth. The rules are simple: from the starting point, access the side branch in our model and successfully wire all 3 marked points in the least amount of time possible. After every wiring, come back to the starting point before moving to the next one. Every day, we will crown a winner.
