Swifting and shifting from intraluminal to subintimal and viceversa. Is it possible?

At CLIC on Air 2020, Dr. Marco Manzi, Director of Interventional Radiology Unit Foot & Ankle Clinic Policlinico Abano Terme General Hospital Abano Terme, shows the use of ASAHI Gladius MG 14 PV ES in a patient with calcified BTK and BTA lesions. From the Anterior Tibial Artery, the wire is advanced all the way into the pedal arch by using a combination of narrow looping and straight tip navigation. Even after narrow looping, the wire is able to be navigated without having the need to change to a new wire.
